By the honor, will, and power of Almighty Allah—the God of the Prophets Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, Jacob, Moses, David, Solomon, Zachariah, Imran, Jesus, John, and Muhammad— I do hereby establish this Black Constitution on June 14, 2026. I do make this call to the Black race—proud of who they are, loving themselves, fearing extinction and the misjudgments of the past, present, and future—to separate from the Pagan slave masters, their descendants, and act-a-likes who have enslaved the Black race. These groups have systematically, maliciously, and with purposeful intent destroyed the family structure, culture, traditions, religion, and total way of life of the Black race: first as a physically enslaved people, and even now as mental, spiritual, financial, and physical slaves of mass incarceration.
